Marcy is a trial attorney
who has extensive experience in civil litigation, including
family law matters and real estate litigation. Marcy has
conducted several trials and won the majority of motions
argued on behalf of divorce and real estate clients. Her
efforts have reunited children with their parents, separated
children and spouses from abusive parties, and obtained
child support for children and their custodial parents.
Marcy's real life experience of being a child of divorced
parents has also helped her understand what it means to act
in the best interest of the children. Marcy's real life
experiences and legal expertise helps her clients obtain the
best possible results in an already difficult situation.
Marcy was born in Potsdam, a small town in upstate New York
and moved to Atlanta in 2000 to attend law school. Marcy
enjoys skiing on Lake Lanier, playing basketball, and home
renovations.
